“90% of All Fights Go to the Ground? Really?!”

I am not sure about the validity of this statement either. I am sure it was made up by someone who wanted to interest others into learning a certain grappling art.

Hi, I’m Dr. Conrad Bui, co-founder of Tiga Tactics.

And the first time I heard the above claim was in the mid ‘90s and, by that time, I was already an accomplished martial artist, having earned a 5th-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and American Freestyle Karate.

I was also an instructor (guru) in Silat and (a sifu) in Kuntao and in Kung Fu (Ba Gua Zhang). I had the credentials.

I was also a former bar bouncer. And as a bar bouncer …

“I Saw Plenty of Fights that Ended up on the Barroom Floor”

Maybe not 90% as marketed, but plenty did. I had some wrestling experience in middle school but I knew I was lacking in the grappling department … severely lacking.

And truth be told ...

“I was CLUELESS in Ground Fighting.”

Sure, I could have clung onto my credentials and said “hell, I’ll just knock them out before they take me to the mat.”

But that all changed with the first Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) when a skinny Brazilian named Royce Gracie submitted fighter after fearsome fighter in a single night to win the first no-holds-barred tournment in North America.

In the early 1990s, Royce Gracie changed the world's view of grappling when he dominated the UFC, defeating several bigger and stronger warriors. Repeatedly.

I thought maybe he got lucky … but then he turned around and did it again at UFC 2 … and again at UFC 4.  And you know what? Plenty of big tough guys said, “I will just knock him out if he tries to take me down.”

Boxers, Karate black belts, Tae Kwon Do practitioners — heck, even a 250-pound All-American wrestler!

NONE of them did, even though they …

“Tried Like Hell to Knock Him OUT.”

So, I thought, “If you can’t beat them, join them.” And that is exactly what I did when I put on a brand spanking new white belt and joined my first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) class back in 2008. Even though I jumped in with both feet …

“I Always Looked at the Grappling Arts from a Street-Fighter’s Point of View.”

My goal was to learn the intricacies of grappling and be able to extract the simple and effective techniques that will work on the street

In the process I have had my ups — like winning multiple gold medals at major BJJ tournaments, and eventually earning the coveted BJJ black belt from a bona-fide world class BJJ champion and professional Bellator MMA fighter, Diego Herzog …

… and I’ve had my downs — years spent in the gym, thousands of dollars in lessons, dislocated fingers, shoulder, back and neck injuries, and a blown meniscus in my right knee. But regardless ...

“Mission Accomplished!”

After my trial by fire and time in “flight school,” I can honestly say that you do NOT need to spend a decade getting your black belt in BJJ, spend thousands of dollars, and suffer excruciating injuries — though I do not regret any of this, mind you, and would easily do it again if I had to — to be effective in a street fight.

You simply need to have the knowledge of what is important to train for street-fighting scenarios.

You see, about 90% of what I learned in BJJ was great in the gym and for competition but … I would NEVER use it in a street fight or in self-defense.

That means that….

“You only need the 10% to be Effective!”

But what 10%? That’s where our new “Antigrappling”™ course fills the void. I have stripped down over a decade of BJJ training to bring you the meat and potatoes, the nuts and bolts of street grappling.

In short, if you want to avoid grappling (because it limits your awareness and mobility) or you simply hate grappling, this is for you!

Here's a Glimpse of What You
Will Learn in Our New 20-Part Program,
“Antigrappling: Takedown Defense & Survival”™ …

  • LOGIC: If you do not get taken down, you do not need to worry about the ground fight. With the popularity of the UFC, we can expect more and more wannabe MMA fighters and copycats to attempt a takedown like a double leg. It makes sense to figure out how to NOT be taken down in the first place.

  • Learn why, on the streets, a BJJ Black belt doesn’t want to grapple on the ground.

  • Prevention is the BEST medicine by learning the Laws of Stupid and the Tiga Tactics 3-Stage Mindset.

  • Heeding The Art of War — When do you use violence? We reveal that it’s quite simple to know WHEN to fight (WITHOUT hesitation) by following this simple rule from military genius Sun Tzu.

  • Discover the “three simple concepts to stuff any takedown.” That’s right, just three concepts to remember and you will be harder to take down than last year’s Christmas tree.

  • Why concepts? Using one concept can lead to many techniques. Sure, there are efficient techniques but just understanding the concepts will increase your odds of surviving a nasty ground assault.

  • Drills for Skills: So just how can we drill takedown defense in a safe and effective way? Heck we make it FUN and provide you with a great workout to boot!

  • The Truth About Takedown Defense: Like anything, they take work and guess what, if you are up against a high school or college wrestler … well, you’re most likely going to hit the deck, so it is to everyone’s benefit to learn how to fall properly.

  • FACT: You are much more likely to suffer injury from an accidental fall (like off a bike or slipping on ice) than you are from fighting. Sure, it doesn’t hurt to know how to fight, but learning how to fall properly can be more important and applicable in your everyday life.

  • Life Skill: Like swimming or working a computer, learning to fall safely should be a life skill that everyone learns. This subject is something you want to share with your family (especially your kids) because it can prevent broken bones and concussions.

And that’s just the beginning! You want more? Well, here’s what else is in store for you:

  • About to fall forward and eat some dirt? Do this quickly, and avoid a face plant.

  • How NOT to bite off your tongue when you fall. It does happen, even to experienced martial artists, knowing this one trick will prevent it.

  • Don’t whip it! Simple trick to avoid whiplash when you hit the dirt. As a chiropractor I have treated many patients with whiplash. Falls and other sport injuries are a major cause (along with car accidents). If you want to minimize it or avoid it all together, make sure to do this!

  • Tuck and Roll! You see it coming as you trip forward. Don’t extend your arm to stop the fall — you will just end up with a fractured wrist or dislocated shoulder. Perform the proper forward roll and score cool points to boot.

  • Ever slip on ice or wet pavement? In my clinics, it is common to see fractured wrists on X-rays when someone takes a tumble. This won’t happen to you if you do the back break-fall correctly — we show you how, SAFELY.

  • Progressive Break-Fall Training: Falling properly can be a scary exercise. We teach you how to do it in a gradual system that increases in speed and intensity. Slowly, safely, and effectively.

  • Want a six-pack abdomen? No, this program is not about abs o’ steel, but doing this break-fall practice will strengthen your core, work your abs … AND help you survive a nasty fall (whether from a slip, takedown, or throw). Have your cake and eat it too by practicing martial arts and improving your physique at the same time!

  • Learn how to fall in all four directions — forward, back, and both sides. Training our program will give you a full 360-degrees of protection. Learn it, and make sure your family learns this valuable life skill as well. We consider it just as important as knowing how to swim or performing CPR.

This scientific program is for people who hate to grapple. You will be getting a total of 20 (yes, twenty!) videos with exclusive material on how to avoid going to the ground.

But if that doesn’t work, you will learn how to land properly so you can continue the fight without injury.

If you were to take private lessons from me, you can expect to pay $200 an hour (that is ... IF I have the time, as my private student training load is full!). Not only that, you would have to fly up my Tiga Tactics co-founder Patrick to round out the knowledge.

Getting us to teach you privately together would cost you $400 an hour.

Well, with the skyrocketing price of gas, we are not going to make you travel and I won’t have to drag my partner away from his home either. Also, we want to introduce Tiga Tactics to as many people as possible. We are so confident that when you see the quality of our online instruction, you will continue to want to associate with us …

So, we decided to reduce the price of “Antigrappling” to $300.

And you know what? That would still be a good deal. But then we thought, “There are good people out there who need to defend themselves and may not be able to afford this.”

But, with inflation and gas prices on the rise and rate of violent crime skyrocketing, we realized that people need "Antigrappling" more than ever.

So, for a LIMITED TIME ...

We’re offering the entire course for ONLY $150!

But don't delay!
